For the past three years, my company has relied on Sellics. We utilize their platform to analyze Amazon reviews and respond to customer inquiries. However, we've hit a snag for over a week now, struggling to generate reports and access our stats. Despite sending multiple emails to their team and even asking for a callback, we haven't received any response, either in writing or over the phone. This isn't how you treat clients who count on your support.

They wouldn’t give us a refund, which is just outrageous since the product didn’t perform as promised. We felt really misled and wouldn’t have signed up again if we had known the tools were broken. Seriously, don’t trust them; it’s a money-grabbing operation that prioritizes profit over supporting loyal customers.

It’s just a shocking, misleading, and money-hungry approach from a company that clearly values profit over taking care of its loyal customers.

I'm really happy with this gadget. It's a bummer I missed out on using it for free. I might just decide to purchase it down the line. Thanks a bunch!

Honestly, the customer service team from Asia is not doing a great job. They seem to struggle while trying to coordinate with the main office overseas. You end up waiting ages for answers to simple questions that you could figure out faster on your own than through their so-called 'live chat' that feels anything but live.

But now that three months have passed, I gotta say, this program isn't cutting it. My Acos is sitting at 120%, and I've only managed to sell 100 units.

Absolutely the worst company! You can't cancel your subscription directly on their website. Instead, you gotta shoot them an email. I did that, providing two months' notice to end my subscription. And you won't believe it— they still charged me for a whole year! Weeks have gone by, and I'm still waiting for my refund. They keep coming up with excuse after excuse. I strongly suggest you check out other options— there are plenty of PPC tools available. Stay away from Sellics!

They recently made some changes and TOOK AWAY the option to chart the profit of individual ASINs over time... I can't believe it, but it was great while it lasted. I'm done with my subscription.
